Terms & Conditions – Macao Off-road®

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tours or using any services provided by Macao Off-road®. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation:
1.1. To book a tour with Macao Off-road®, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
1.2. A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email or voucher has been issued by Macao Off-road®.
1.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and agrees to be responsible for all participants included in the booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1. Cancellations made by the participant must be communicated to Macao Off-road® in writing.
2.2. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Please refer to the specific tour for detailed cancellation policies.
2.3. In the event of tour cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient participation, Macao Off-road® will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

3. Participant Requirements:
3.1. Participants must meet the minimum age and weight requirements specified for each tour.
3.2. Participants must be in good health and have no medical conditions that could be aggravated by the activities offered by Macao Off-road®.
3.3. Participants must follow the instructions provided by the guides and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

4. Safety:
4.1. Macao Off-road® prioritizes the safety of all participants. Safety instructions and briefings must be followed at all times during the tour.
4.2. Participants must wear the provided safety equipment, including helmets and any additional protective gear required for the specific tour.
4.3. Macao Off-road® reserves the right to refuse participation to any person deemed unfit or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Liability:
5.1. Macao Off-road® is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour, unless caused by negligence on the part of Macao Off-road®.
5.2. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment during the tour.
5.3. Macao Off-road® recommends that participants have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tour Modifications:
6.1. Macao Off-road® reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel a tour if circumstances require, including but not limited to safety concerns or adverse weather conditions.
6.2. In the event of tour modifications, Macao Off-road® will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a suitable replacement tour.

7. Intellectual Property:
7.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of Macao Off-road® and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Macao Off-road® operates.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
